As early as her first days in the business to now, Jamie, originally a Buyer's Specialist but now dominating the Listing process, applies groundbreaking techniques to real estate marketing and business development. “I’ve always been a fast learner and adapter, I pour myself into my career and do as much education and research as I can in order to stand out and feel confident in what I'm doing,” says Jamie, who also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science. “I do things differently than other agents in our small areas, marketing from the ground up and staying ahead of the curve. As other agents grow frustrated with the surge of technology, I embrace it, educate myself regularly and implement what I learn. I thrive on giving my clients what, unfortunately, most fail to. I run my business like a business, not a part-time hobby.”

Fortunately, her advanced knowledge had the ability to be fast tracked, “I'm utilizing 20 years experience all at once having invested in a real estate marketing coach who has been in the top 1% of Realtor's nation wide for over 20 years!” she says, explaining that her techniques used have already been proven over and over again by others in big-time market areas and is constantly staying cutting edge! After all, she says it’s more important now than ever for buyers and sellers to hire experienced, trained agents. “The more every agent knows, the better off every client and agent will be,” she says. “And the better job each agent does with marketing and selling homes, the better we all do.”


Jamie sees opportunity no matter what comes her way! “I market my homes as if every home is a million dollar listing,” says Jamie, noting that every house gets the full package, whether priced at $300,000 or $1 million plus. Before a home is listed, Minnesconnie Homes has the options for a paid staging consultation and provides a digital marketing platform that continues to be refined. “Our digital marketing gets the maximum exposure with SEO techniques and enhanced online placements. We’re also doing target marketing and text-message marketing.
